1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NDS online platform, training programs, live sessions, community, and related services (“Services”) provided through www.joinnds.com. 

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. 

2.Definitions

  • NDS refers to the No Dumb Sh*t platform, training programs, and community. 
  • Member refers to any individual who has purchased access to the Services. 
  • Services include all educational content, live sessions, recordings, frameworks, tools, and community access provided by NDS. 

3.Eligibility and Membership

  • You must be at least 18 years old to access the Services. 
  • By joining NDS, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 
  • Account sharing, resale, or transfer of access is strictly prohibited.

4.Nature of the Services

NDS provides education, structure, and guidance only. 

  • NDS does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or guarantees of results. 
  • Outcomes depend entirely on the member’s discipline, execution, decision-making, and consistency. 
  • NDS does not promise profits, income, or specific performance outcomes. 

You acknowledge that learning does not equal results, and results are not automatic. 

5.Community Access and Conduct

  • Membership includes access to the NDS community hosted on Skool, as well as live and recorded sessions. 
  • Community access is a benefit, not a right, and may be modified or removed at NDS’s discretion. 
  • Members are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. 

Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct 
  • Sharing misinformation or misleading claims 
  • Violating platform rules or applicable laws 

NDS reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who breaches community standards, without refund. 

6.Fees and Payment

  • All pricing is displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. 
  • Payments are processed immediately upon checkout. 
  • Subscription terms, whether monthly or annual, are binding once payment is completed. 

You are responsible for ensuring you understand the commitment before purchasing. 

7.No Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

  • NDS operates a strict no-refund policy. 
  • Once access to training materials, live sessions, recordings, or the community is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 
  • This applies to all plans, including monthly and annual options. 

By purchasing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

8.Delivery of Services

  • Services are delivered digitally via the Website and the NDS community platform. 
  • Access is typically granted immediately after purchase. 
  • NDS does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific delivery times for live sessions. 

Members are responsible for having the required internet connection, devices, and software. 

9.Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by NDS is the exclusive property of NDS. 
  • This includes videos, frameworks, documents, recordings, branding, and written materials. 
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share any content without prior written permission. 

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action. 

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. 

NDS makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: 

  • Merchantability 
  • Fitness for a particular purpose 
  • Non-infringement 

Participation is entirely at your own risk. 

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • NDS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, financial loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. 
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for refund or compensation. 

If you do not agree with the Services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. 

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

13.Amendments

NDS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

14.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
